Lynne Charbonneau is a lawyer, speaker and consultant in the field of innovation in the legal industry. Her mission is to help in-house law departments develop innovative solutions to common challenges. Lynne spent the first half of her career at a leading Canadian law firm and the second half in-house with a global financial institution. She adds value through creative strategy, unorthodox problem-solving and relationship building.

Lynne serves as a judge of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal. She also serves on the Board of Directors of BlueShore Financial Credit Union and and as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Actsafe Safety Association. She is a member of the Futures Task Force of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Dean’s Advisory Committee for the Centre for Business Law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
